West Shore RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in helping to locate a watch that has over 50 years of sentimental value to its owner.
Police say that they received the initial report of the watch missing on March 28. According to the report, the watch went missing something between March 7 and March 28, while at the West Shore Town Centre in Langford.
The watch is said to have been gifted to the complainant 50 years ago as a wedding gift.
It is described as a woman’s yellow-gold watch with a small white face and the brand is believed to have started with an “s”.
