After a rainy Friday morning, skies began clearing across Vancouver Island mid-afternoon.
Clearing will continue overnight Friday night and into Saturday morning, with sunshine appearing by about noon.
With the clear skies, Saturday night will be chilly with lows varying from 2 degrees for coastal regions down to -1 inland.
Remembrance Day Sunday is forecast to be dry and sunny.
Clouds and showers return to the region by Tuesday of next week.
