The largest cruise ship to ever dock at Odgen Point is set to arrive in Victoria on June 1st.

Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Norwegian Bliss will set off on from Seattle and have its first stop in Victoria this summer.

The cruise ship is able to carry up to 4,250 passengers and 1,500 crew. The vessel has 20 decks and is 994 feet long, weighing in at 168,028 tonnes.

The ship also boasts the first ever race track on a North American-based ship, guests are able to race electric race cars on the longest ever track at sea.

The Norwegian Bliss will arrive each Friday from June to October in Victoria, it is the largest ship built for Alaskan Routes and was ordered in 2014 and entered into service in April this year.
