WATCH: After being called up to the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights in mid-November, Lantzville’s Dylan Ferguson returns to Vancouver Island for the first time since his big league debut.

The seventh-round pick of the Golden Knights back in the 2017 NHL Draft got into one game of action against the Edmonton Oilers in a relief appearance and made one save on two shots. Now that he’s back in the WHL, Ferguson calls his experience a dream come true. This season, Ferguson sports a 14-15-2 record with the Blazers, holding a .904 save percentage and a 3.04 goals against average.

Ferguson and the Blazers take on the Victoria Royals tonight and tomorrow night at the Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre.
