CHEK

WATCH: The first Tristars Indoor Triathlon gave local athletes an opportunity to give triathlon a shot while keeping the sport open to beginners.

The indoor triathlon gives athletes a 15-minute window for the swim, bike, and run portions of the race to go at their own pace, with no pressure of a certain distance or time to beat. It’s a way to make the sport of triathlon accessible to local athletes who are just starting out or want to go at their own pace and work their way up to longer distances.
