Hughes brothers headline World Junior Hockey Championship coming to Victoria

WATCH: Team USA, Sweden and Finland make up the Group B elite teams scheduled to play in Victoria for the 2019 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships. Team Canada is set to hold training camp in Victoria, with two preliminary games to be determined.
