High-risk missing person last seen in Esquimalt found safe: VicPD

UPDATE: In an Aug. 13 news release, Victoria Police say 59-year-old Darcy Morgan has been located and is safe.

Victoria Police say Darcy Morgan was last seen in Esquimalt on Aug. 9, and that he does not have access to medication he needs for a health issue.

Morgan is considered a high-risk missing person, and officers are hoping to locate him to ensure he is safe.

He is described as a 59-year-old Caucasian man standing five feet, ten inches tall, with a medium build. He is bald except for some short brown hair, and he has blue eyes and was last seen wearing a baseball hat, shirt and shorts.

He is believed to be driving a black 2006 Mazda 3 with British Columbia license plate PS858P.

A similar vehicle to the one Darcy Morgan is believed to be driving.
