West Shore RCMP and emergency crews responded to a head-on collision on Millstream Road Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred in the 1700 block of Millstream Road at around 4 p.m. One driver was reportedly taken to hospital.
West Shore RCMP say traffic is stopped in both directions near the 1700 block of Millstream Road, near Millstream Lake Road, in Highlands and do not know when the road will reopen. Drivers are asked to find alternate routes.
