Victoria police seized thousands of women’s rings, as well as drugs and cash, during a raid at a residence on Johnson Street on Feb. 1.

Police said officers from the Community Services Division Bike Unit began a drug investigation in late January regarding a man who lived in the 800-block of Johnson Street.

A search warrant was executed on Feb. 1 by the Greater Victoria Emergency response team. More than $7,000 in cash and thousands of rings were seized. Police also found cocaine, meth, heroin and fentanyl. In total, $12,000 worth of drugs were seized by police.

Bear spray, a taser and two imitation firearms were also located by investigators.

VicPD released this video showing the rings and other items that were seized.
