One person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle collided with a scooter Thursday morning in Victoria.
The incident happened near the intersection of Washington Avenue and Gorge Road East.
Victoria police say the investigation revealed a vehicle was turning left onto Washington from Gorge and hit the scooter.
The driver of the scooter was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The vehicle driver remained on the scene and ticketed for failing to yield on a left turn at an intersection.
