Comox’s Cassie Sharpe captures X Games Gold

WATCH: Freestyle skier Cassie Sharpe wins gold in last night’s Women’s Superpipe event from the Winter X Games in Aspen, Colorado. 

The win marks Sharpe’s 3rd medal at the X Games, having won Bronze in 2018 and gold in 2016 at Oslo. The Mt. Washington-trained skier is coming off a tremendous 2018 season, highlighted by winning Gold at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games.
