Colwood military man reunites with his German golfing idol

Ervin Kobialko is perhaps golfing legend Bernhard Langer’s biggest fan on Vancouver Island.

Kobialko, a retired member of the Canadian Armed Forces, spent four years stationed in Germany from 1987-91, and that’s when he discovered a then young German golf superstar Bernhard Langer.
