
Victoria police is investigating after a collision between a pedestrian and a motorhome early Tuesday morning at the intersection of Douglas and View Streets. The pedestrian was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Victoria police say a man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a collision between a pedestrian and a motorhome early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened just before 6:30 a.m. at the corner of Douglas and View Streets. Police said there were multiple 911 calls about the incident.
Douglas Street between Yates and Fort Streets was closed, along with a section of View Street, after the collision. Police said it is likely to remain closed while they continue the investigation.
Anyone who saw the collision is asked to call VicPD at 250-995-7654.
