CHEK Upside: Victoria band creates virtual song through Zoom

Victoria-based R&B group Soul Source has released a new track and it’s another example of musicians coming together while in isolation.

Band leader Nick Lariviere and dozens of musicians can be seen playing their part in the quarantine version of the hit song Billionaire by Travis McCoy and Bruno Mars.

Soul Source members filmed themselves and really got into character for the video, which member Nick Lariviere says took a lot of editing, but was worth it in the end.

About a month ago the group was featured on CHEK News for their incredible Zoom edition of the song Everday People.
