Charly Cardilicchia making his mark as head coach of the Westshore Rebels

The Westshore Rebels have a long history, and so does a family that helped keep them in the capital. John Cardilicchia was a long-time coach and is on the sidelines as special teams co-ordinator. The man running the ship is his son Charly, who may coach in some ways different, but other habits remain the same.
