

A concrete spill on Blanshard Street caused delays on Nov. 16.
A concrete spill caused a bit of congestion for drivers on Blanshard Street Thursday morning.
At around 10 a.m., police tweeted that they were on Blanshard Street northbound after cement spilled onto the road. The lane on the far right side of the road was closed while crews worked to clean up the spill.

The estimated time to clean up the spill was 90 minutes, police said. The spill is reportedly cleaned up as of 12:45 p.m.
Saanich police are looking for the vehicle who caused the spill. Anyone who saw the vehicle is asked to call police at 250-475-4321.
