Canadian Olympians reflect on Rio at Canada Cup

This past weekend, the top riders in the country battled it out on the trails in the 2nd Annual Canada Cup race at Bear Mountain. the women’s race featured two of the best mountain bikers on the planet in Catharine Pendrel who won the bronze this past summer in Rio and Emily Batty who finished 4th, just 2 seconds back of Pendrel. They finished the Canada Cup in 1st and 2nd with Pendral coming out with the win, but this was the first time the two ladies were back in Victoria since the Rio games and they spoke about the tight finish.
