WATCH: Two wins over Samoa and Russia gave Canada a trip to tomorrow’s Cup Quarterfinal at the London Sevens.
A solid 17-7 victory over Samoa lead to a date with the #2 ranked South Africans and despite keeping it close for the majority of the match, Canada simply couldn’t keep up with the powerhouse squad, so they needed a win over Russia in their third and final match of the day to play for the Cup on Sunday, and they came through.
