BC Summer Games take over Cowichan Valley

WATCH: Thirty-five hundred athletes and countless coaches and volunteers descended upon the Cowichan Valley this weekend for the 2018 B.C. Summer Games. 

With 20 different sports simultaneously going on across the region, some of the best young athletes are competing for provincial bragging rights. Vancouver Island is represented by Zone 6, which has 427 athletes competing across all of the sports. The games wrap up tomorrow with closing ceremonies.
