
Four sailings between Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen were cancelled on Friday due to crew shortages.
BC Ferries announced the cancellations on its website saying a certain number of crew members are needed to comply with Transport Canada regulations.

The sailings were all on the Coastal Renaissance, and the following sailings were cancelled:
- 12:00 p.m. leaving Swartz Bay
- 2:00 p.m. leaving Tsawwassen
- 4:00 p.m. leaving Swartz Bay
- 6:00 p.m. leaving Tsawwassen
BC Ferries says customers with reservations on these sailings will be contacted.
