B.C. sets new team record at Canada Summer Games

The Canada Summer Games wrapped up over the weekend in Winnipeg and Team BC is bringing home plenty of hardware.

Young athletes from across the province set a new team BC record in winning 146 medals.

Team BC finished second in the overall medal standings to Ontario (212).

Vancouver Island athletes accounted for nearly 1/3 of Team BC’s total medal haul.
