WATCH: Three years after he graduated from the WHL, former Victoria Royals forward Austin Carroll returned to the Save On Foods Memorial Centre this past week.
Carroll, who blossomed into a two-way scorer during his time with the team, moved on to play with the Stockton Heat of the AHL, the Calgary Flames minor league affiliate. After three seasons with the Heat, Carroll is looking for work elsewhere, and prior to training camps, Carroll made a stop in Victoria to hit the ice and prepare.
