A Ladysmith school has experienced a COVID-19 exposure event again.
School District 68 announced Sunday that an additional exposure event occurred at Ladysmith Secondary School.
Potential exposure dates are Feb. 8-10 and Feb. 16-18.
It’s the second time this month that the school has experienced such an event, with the last one occurring on Feb. 5.
Ladysmith Secondary School is now the fifth Vancouver Island school identified as having had a COVID-19 exposure event. Four schools, two in the Comox Valley, one in Campbell River, and one in Saanich were all added to Island Health’s COVID-19 exposure list over the weekend.
Island Health has not yet added Ladysmith Secondary School to the list.
