An impaired driver’s pitiful attempt at parking beside an Oak Bay beach has landed them a three month license suspension and seen their car impounded.
Oak Bay Police say it happened on Thursday.
They tweeted images of the car saying “Here’s what we, in the biz, call “a clue”” and “Yesterday, a man visited the beach in #OakBay. He had some parking issues. Any guesses why?”
It was followed with a final tweet saying “If you guessed Impaired Driving, give yourself a pat on the back.”
They say the driver’s car was impounded and his license has been suspended for three months.
They remind drivers to plan their rides if they plan on consuming alcohol.
