No injuries after morning fire at Sooke Industrial Park

A building in Sooke damaged after a Saturday morning fire.

The cause of a fire at the Sooke Industrial Park is under investigation after it broke out Saturday morning.

Sooke RCMP responded along with fire crews to a building on Butler Road just after 6:30 a.m.

First responders arrived to a structure fire and within a few hours were able to knock it down.

There were no injuries, as no one was inside at the time of the blaze.

Police say the cause did not appear suspicious and the investigation has been handed over to Sooke Fire Rescue.
