The CATSA agents have confiscated everything from long blade knives to hand grenades.
There was even a garrotte seized from one carry-on.
Mathieu Larocque of CATSA, the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, was in town from Ottawa to display the hardware.
Literally hundreds of items… scissors, corkscrews with blades, oversize bottles of liquor…even power tools and a chainsaw chain.
