WATCH: With under a week until the Canada Sevens take over Westhills Stadium, the Canadian women’s sevens squad hosted a kids camp on Saturday afternoon.
Dozens of kids took to the field and showcased their athleticism under the guidance of the best female rugby players in the country.
There were drills that worked on passing, agility and even a scrimmage, but the most important lesson of all was having fun.
The seven’s team hopes to inspire the next generation of Canadian rugby players.
