After several days of back-to-back storm systems hitting the Island, another weather-maker is on our doorstop.

This system is expected to reach B.C.’s South Coast by Monday night, generating strong winds and heavy rains. A wind warning has been issued for the West Island for Monday with gusts of up to 80 km/h expected by the afternoon.

Another shortwave trough will likely bring another round of precipitation late Tuesday.
