Environment Canada issues Tuesday morning Wind Warning for North Vancouver Island.
Environment Canada has issued a Tuesday morning wind warning for residents of North Vancouver Island.
The warning was updated just after 5 a.m. and says an intense low-pressure system will bring strong winds to the north island.
The forecast calls for east to southeast winds that will be up to 90 kilometres per hour.
Environment Canada says winds should ease by this evening as the system heads north.
