There is a mystery playing out in the hallways of an Esquimalt middle school.

A popular character from Rockheights Middle School’s past has flown back into the spotlight — and its emergence has some asking questions.

Students want to know who’s responsible for reigniting the school’s spirit.

And while we think we’ve gotten close to cracking the case, we’ve learned some things might be better left unanswered.
