West Shore RCMP is asking the public to keep an eye out for Leif Schieder, who was last heard from on Dec. 29.

Schieder was last seen on Dec. 29, when he was dropped off at the intersection of Helmcken Rd and the Trans-Canada Highway in View Royal.
His family say it is unusual for him to go so long being out of contact.
Schieder is described as a caucasian male, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 29 years, 6 ft 2 in (188 cm) and 188 lbs (85 kg).
Anyone with information is asked to contact the local police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
