WATCH: Victoria’s new Johnson Street Bridge opens today, a ceremony is being held by the City of Victoria to mark the occasion. The new $105 million bridge was originally scheduled to to be completed in 2015 and cost $63 million, but has been over budget and behind schedule due to multiple delays and setbacks.
