Ogden Point Breakwater will reopen May 20.
Ogden Point Breakwater will be open next week.
The Greater Victoria Harbour Authority announced earlier this afternoon that it will reopen the Ogden Point Breakwater to users on May 20 at 10 a.m.
GVHA is asking users of the Ogden Point Breakwater to adhere to physical distancing measures, which they say will be outlined on signage at the entrance.
Among the measures the GVHA is asking people to follow include remaining in a single file when passing others and staying to the right when walking on the breakwater.
Ogden Point Breakwater closed on March 24 following “several incidents” where people were seen in close proximity, according to the GVHA.
