WATCH: 21-year-old Alexis De Armond was named the MVP of the recent Six Nations U-23 Women’s Field Hockey tournament in Belgium.
De Armond is Canada’s back-line anchor on the junior national team, and even though they went winless in the tournament against some of the world’s best, De Armond took home the honours of Most Valuable Player and will be suiting up to play professionally in Brussels next season.
