Victoria Police is asking for the public’s help to find a 15-year-old girl who has not been seen since last weekend.
Authorities say Holly Bellanger is a high-risk teen who was reported missing Thursday but was last seen Sep. 28.

She is described by police Caucasian standing 5’3″ tall with a moderate build, with long brown hair and green eyes.
Police say she is known to frequent the West Shore area and officers have no indication Holly faces immediate harm, but the circumstance under which she has gone missing is considered high-risk.
Anyone who sees Holly is asked to call 911 or if you have any information on her whereabouts to call Victoria Police at 250-995-7654 or Crime Stoppers.
UPDATED 10:45a.m. Oct. 5: Victoria Police say that Holly Bellanger has been located safely by Westshore RCMP.
