
Greater Victoria — and elsewhere on Vancouver Island — woke up to a dusting of snow Thursday morning.
The wintery white stuff first began appearing on driveways and lawns throughout the region late last night into the early morning hours as temperatures dipped below freezing.

Environment Canada had called for a chance of light snow Wednesday and 60 per cent of flurries on Thursday morning.
Snow is not in the forecast for tonight but the weather agency says it will drop to a low of -4 C in Victoria, with a wind chill making it feel like -6 C.
