Victoria private school says COVID-19 test came back negative

Glenlyon Norfolk School says a COVID-19 test from one of their community members has come back negative.

Earlier this week the private school closed its facility early for spring break out of concerns from the disease.

They add that the result was delayed beyond the expected 2 to 3 days because of a significant increase in tests being done.

A letter sent from the Victoria-based private school said that a member of their community had fallen ill and, based on their travel history, has been advised by to self-quarantine.

Classes are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, March 31.
