Victoria People’s Party of Canada candidate Alyson Culbert says that several campaign signs were stolen from her campaign headquarters at 2950 Douglas St. on Friday evening.

Culbert’s campaign manager Bob Friesen says the campaign office officially opened yesterday. Friesen says that the theft of three signs was discovered on Saturday morning, and adds that the campaign has filed an official report with VicPD.

Culbert says that she “will not be deterred by fringe elements trying to silence our voice.”

VicPD Public Affairs were closed for non-emergent inquiries related to public safety for the weekend, and were unable to comment at this time.
