
Victoria Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect in a stabbing incident Tuesday night.
Patrol officers were called to the 900-block of Pandora Avenue just before 8:30 p.m. for a report a man had been stabbed and was refusing medical help from responding paramedics.
Victoria Police says officers worked with paramedics to get the man to accept additional medical help, as he was found with a stab wound being attended to by a passerby.
The victim was taken to hospital where his injuries were found to be non-life-threatening.
Police say the stabbing was captured on a nearby surveillance video.

The suspect is described by police as standing approximately 6’0″, with a slim build.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black ball cap, a long sleeve black hoodie, baggy blue jeans, black tennis shoes with white near the soles, and white gloves.
He was last seen carrying a black backpack.
