Around 10:20 a.m. Tuesday morning, Victoria police announced Dwayne MacKay had been found and is safe.
The 47-year-old was the subject of a missing person alert Tuesday and had not been seen since June 8.
ORIGINAL STORY: Victoria police are asking for help to find a 47-year-old man who was reported missing last week.
Dwayne MacKay is described as a white man standing 5’8″ tall with a thin build.
Police say he has brown hair and was last seen wearing a grey baseball hat, dirty blue jeans, black leather jacket with a grey hoodie underneath featuring an ‘H’ on the front.
MacKay was last seen in the 700-block of Johnson Street.
If you have seen MacKay or have information on where he might be, you are asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
