Victoria Police have responded to what they are calling “an on-going incident” in the Songhees neighbourhood Friday night.
The Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team and patrol officers were called to near the 100-block level of Saghalie Road and are asking people to stay clear of the area.

Shortly before 9 p.m., heavily armed officers could be seen entering a building, but no further information is known at this time.
Residents were seen outside the building, but some were allowed back in, although others were held outside by officers.
