Victoria police locate 16-year-old Nina Morgan, says she is safe

Victoria police say a 16-year-old from California who was the subject of a missing person alert Sunday night has been found and is safe.

Nina Morgan was reported missing before 7 p.m. Sunday and had not been seen since last Tuesday.
