Victoria police investigate stabbing at downtown Tim Hortons

Victoria police say they are investigating a stabbing that sent one person to hospital Tuesday evening.

Police say they were called to the Tim Hortons in the 1400-block of Blanshard Street just before 9 p.m. for a report of a stabbing.

Once there, one person was taken to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, according to VicPD.

In a statement Wednesday morning, Victoria police said the investigation was ongoing and that no further details could be shared.
