It may not yet be December, but already Victoria Police is being kept busy by a man in a Santa suit.
Around 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 29, police were called for a man near the intersection of Douglas and Fort streets waving a gun.
When officers arrived, they found a man sitting on a bench and arrested him without incident.
The man had an outstanding warrant for uttering threats and he is now being held in custody for a court appearance.
The investigation into the replica firearm is ongoing.
