Victoria owner ‘full of confidence’ pro soccer can succeed in Victoria

In June, the inaugural Canadian Premier League granted Victoria a conditional license. The main condition revolves around Langford’s Westhills Stadium, the team’s future home, undergoing renovations to increase its capacity. On Friday, July 20th, the Victoria franchise will release details on the team including its name, logo and how the club plans to proceed prior to the inaugural CPL season-opener in April, 2019.
