A 38-year-old Victoria man has been arrested related to a stabbing that took place in Victoria May 14.
Victoria Police says Nathan Solomon Perez faces recommended charges of aggravated assault along with two counts each of assault with a weapon and unlawful confinement.
Around 9 p.m. on May 14, officers were called to the 700-block of Johnson Street for a report of a stabbing.
The victim was transported to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
Police say the victim remains in hospital and is in serious, but stable condition.
Perez was arrested around noon on Wednesday in the 800-block of Caledonia Avenue.
