Victoria fire crews were able to extinguish the flames in a vehicle fire on Cook and Yates on Oct. 26, 2023.
Victoria firefighters were called to the intersection of Cook and Yates streets on Thursday evening to extinguish a vehicle fire.
According to Victoria Fire 730 on Instagram, fire crews arrived to find a single vehicle fire with its engine bay aflame.
“Thanks to the proximity to Victoria Fire Headquarters at 1025 Johnson, the response time was rapid. This incident could have been a lot worse,” the Instagram post says.
