VicPD want public to help them find missing ‘high-risk’ man

Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating Joel Diment, a missing 26-year-old man, who they consider high-risk.

Diment has been missing for over a week and is believed to be in the Victoria area, according to police.

Diment is described as a 5’10” Caucasian male with short brown hair, hazel eyes and a medium build. He also has a tattoo of a grim reaper on his right forearm.
