The Victoria Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating wanted man, Richard Strocel.
In a police report issued on Wednesday, police say that Strocel is wanted on unendorsed warrants for sexual assault and breach of an undertaking.
Police officers are describing Strocel as a 61-year-old Caucasian man with grey hair and hazel eyes. Strocel is said to be six feet, one inch tall, and weighing approximately 180 pounds, with a slim build.

Police are asking the public if they see Strocel, to not approach him and to call 911.
