Victoria Police are looking for the driver who ran a red light and hit a pedestrian at the intersection of Bay and Blanshard streets this morning.
Just after 9 a.m., a woman was crossing the street at the intersection, when the driver ran a red light, hitting the woman in the process, and proceeding to drive off.
The vehicle is described as a late model, silver or grey Mini Countryman.
The incident was captured on dashcam footage, which VicPD has released.

Between 2016-2020, ICBC reports there were 259 crashes at this intersection, which is the second highest number of collisions in the City of Victoria. The Douglas Street and Finlayson Street intersection has the highest number in the same period at 275.
Investigators are also hoping the driver of a white Tesla Model Y that was making a left-hand turn at the time may have additional video footage of the incident and are hoping to speak with the driver.
VicPD says the woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital by ambulance.
